I like making breakfast, so I thought I'd share it with you guys! I've not had French Toast since last summer, me and my friends used to always go for breakfast at Cafe Rouge every Thursday after out Tort Lecture, and I would always get the French Toast, it was heaven!
I didn't realise that french toast was so simple to make, its literally just sugar, vanilla essence, milk and eggs and bread, I usually use brioche bread.
I've also recently gotten into pancakes, before I only used to have pancakes on the odd occasion when I would have 'breakfast' from McDonald's and then one time a few years ago, on pancake day, me and my sister bought one of those pre prepared bottle mixtures, where all you add is milk, and I really wanted to make american pancakes, but it was a disaster, and they were not good, so my mum had to step in!
But a few weeks ago, I got a recipe from BBC good food, and voila!
These are my peanut butter pancakes, these are the second time I've made pancakes from scratch, the first time, I put chocolate chips in them, but they were rather sickly because I also had put sugar in the pancakes and then I had them with maple syrup, so they were not good! I wasn't such a fatty this time around, I just stuck with a little bit of sugar, and spread peanut butter on them!
I'm so proud of myself that I can make pancakes!
The pictures have been filtered with Instagram, cos I don't have a fancy camera, and I don't know how to Photoshop or anything, so yeah.
