I've been so lazy lately, and have not baked in forever, but this week I have gotten into baking again. I saw this recipe a while ago on This Morning, and I really wanted to make it. It was surprisingly really simple to make. And I would definitely recommend the recipe!
Ok, so they don't look entirely like Phil Vickery's, but I don't think this was bad for a first attempt! I definitely need to work on my piping skills though!
As I hadn't made these before, I had halved the quantities and managed to make about 10 using the small cases. Seeing as they were so simple and easy to make, next time I make them I think I will use the muffin cases, and hopefully I will have improved my piping skills by then!
Thanks to SH for the tips and tricks when I was making the meringue mixture!
